If your shipment arrives damaged or defective, we offer a return and exchange policy. Return requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Gourmet Carolina Gold using the website contact form, and we will return your message as soon as possible. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged in transit.
